Support scope
Support covers access to the review pages, the POST /mcp endpoint, and the validate_listing_completeness tool contract.
Non-support scope
Support does not cover product publishing, marketplace approval, external platform APIs, account login, OAuth, purchases, payments, deletion, or third-party system changes.
Data/privacy questions
For data handling or privacy questions, contact the support email and avoid sending sensitive listing data unless it is necessary and redacted.
App boundary reminder
The app is read-only, stateless, deterministic, and limited to product listing field completeness validation.
